-We do provide tracking number.
-All orders require 48-120 hours to process.
-Please make sure that your etsy address is the right one.
-Delivery time for international orders is about 14 days in most cases, and rare cases could be up to 4 weeks.
-Some international orders are subject to search by local customs authorities which can delay delivery by several weeks. We will not be responsible for any shipping or customs delay since this is outside our control.
-Please understand that shipping and handling rates charged for your items are not just the postal fees, but handling, processing and packaging of your items as well.
-If you don’t receive your item in the normal period, please contact us first and we will be glad to check it for you.
-All International buyers will have to pay for your own country's Tax & Duties.
-Please do not buy or bid if you are not agree with our shipping and handling policy.

Terms & Conditions

-All sales are final, no refund is available if customers bid or buy the wrong item.
-We will exchange items only if the item is found defective on arrival (need to be proved) or incorrect item was shipped. Please give us a reasonable amount of time for the exchange process. Please contact us if item is found defective or wrong item. We will work with you to resolve the problem.
-We are NOT responsible if you do not receive the item for any reason (in vacation, changed your address, etc) which comes with a tracking number.
-Installation instructions are not included. We sell DIY (Do It Yourself) Items with a few exceptions. We take no responsibility in teaching you how to install. Professional installation is recommended.
-If item is found defective upon arrival, we will help to do a claim only if customer can provide pictures through email (festivmenu@gmail.com) to show the defective part. We will not resend product before we get a confirmation from shipping carrier claim or the returned item from customers. Please inspect products upon arrival, no claim and return will be accepted 7 days after delivery.
-Do not send the item back even if it’s damaged until you contact us.
-In case the item is back order, we will inform our customers about the approximate wait time. If customers do not want to wait, we will offer refund and close the auction. We do not undertake the shipping cost of return.
-All shipping and handling fees are not refundable in any cases.
